“Core Group Civil Consultants Ltd has had the opportunity to successfully work with GPM on three large projects. Two of the projects were synthetic turf fields located in the City of Surrey. Although site and weather conditions were challenging, GPM successfully finished the projects to the complete satisfaction of the City of Surrey. The third, and current project, is a synthetic turf field for the City of Victoria. This project was highly complicated, with an existing synthetic turf field being both reduced and expanded to suit a new footprint. In addition, the project involved complicated landscaping elements on an adjacent slope and during excavation unknown construction debris was discovered that required removal. In both instances, the work was deftly handled to the satisfaction of the Owner, with the change orders being fair, reasonable, and well documented. From contract administration through to the on-site supervision of the work of their own forces and sub-contractor forces, GPM has shown a high degree of professionalism and competence. We looks forward to working with GPM on future projects.”
