Reconstruction of Sixth Street between Sixth Avenue and Belmont Street, including full drainage upgrades and replacements, new curb and gutter, sidewalk reconstruction, and asphalt removals. Works included structural soil placement, Silva Cell installation, and bioretention growing medium to support street tree health and stormwater management. A continuous impermeable liner was installed beneath the tree pits to integrate with the soil cell systems and improve drainage performance.

At Belmont Plaza, construction included a custom concrete seat wall with cedar-plank benching and integrated planting, coloured concrete surfacing, street lighting, and a custom shade-sail structure supported by engineered footings and equipped with lighting and GOBO projectors. Additional improvements included tree and shrub planting, subsurface irrigation, site furnishings, benches, and picnic tables.
